Owner, Dan Lundstedt
Dan's journey with Sir Grout began back in college at the University of Illinois. During his sophomore year, he was introduced to Sir Grout's founder, Tom Lindberg, and hired as a technician for a summer job in Connecticut. What started as seasonal work turned into a true calling. After three summers of hands-on training alongside Tom, Dan moved to Chicago and purchased the Chicagoland franchise.
Owner, Ethan Wickersham
Ethan grew up in the Seattle area, where he now lives with his wife, Inna, and their two children, Asher and Noah. His journey has been anything but ordinary—he's lived and worked across the U.S. and even spent several years in Germany. One of his most unique roles was as a merchant mariner on oil tankers in the Pacific Ocean, where he gained experience working on deck, in the engine room, and even as a cook in the galley. Now settled back in Seattle, Ethan has found his place with Sir Grout.
